WHAT WE DO FOR YOU
Stage 1: Information Gathering
SSEK Fleet Training undertake a full assessment of your driving at work policies and procedures. We gather all relevant information regarding your drivers and vehicles.
Stage 2: Report Findings
SSEK Fleet Training present their findings and advice on where policies and procedures need to be implemented or amended in line with the current legal requirements and where possible, suggest 'best practice' control measures.
Stage 3: Driver Assessment
SSEK Fleet Training carry out online OR 1-2-1 assessments on drivers and where applicable carry out practical in-car driver assessment and development.
Stage 4: Review Occupational Road Risk Programme
Review all control measures, policies and procedures to maintain their effectiveness and keep up-to-date with any changes to relevant legislation.
We provide interactive online driver testing which includes video based hazard perception tests. When needed, we carry out full in-car assessments of drivers. Should it become necessary, we can tailor development programmes specific to a driver's needs. Advanced driving courses are also offered leading up to taking the Institute of Advanced Motoring (IAM) test. Road safety seminars can be provided to suit your needs and can be delivered either at your premises or at one of our training sites around the country.
SSEK Fleet Training inspect vehicles and driver licences. Our expert assessors check delivery schedules are realistic and help you formulate a Work Related Road Safety Policy Document and Members’ Manual, outlining areas that need to be addressed. We help you formulate control measures, develop policies and carry out audits and checks, thus ensuring a complete change in the mindset and culture of your team.
